Anthem Highlands Re-Sale Homes

This weekend my Wife Lauren Stark and I had the pleasure of taking my Father around the Green Valley Ranch and Anthem area in Henderson to look at re-sale homes for purchase. My Father and his Wife are re-locating from Sherman Oaks CA and looking to pay Cash for a Home here in the Valley with the funds from the Sale of their property. After spending the afternoon touring the Green Valley Ranch area we headed up to Anthem Highlands to look at some re-sales in the Madiera Canyon section of Anthem Highlands. We only looked at two homes in the area before we found a gently used 1600 sq. ft. home that was absolutely perfect! Not only did this residence have an absolutely amazing floorplan in terms of layout and functionality it was in pristine condition and nestled very nicely in the subdivision. Just outside of the entrance to the neighborhood there is access to a gorgeous walking trail that runs through Anthem Highlands and also a massive Park with fields of grass and playgrounds for children as well as Basketball and Tennis Courts. Coming from the Hustle and Bustle of living in the city of Los Angeles right off the 405 freeway my Dad is ecstatic about the new life of peace and quiet that Anthem Highlands will provide. With the company he still works for setting up offices on Eastern Ave. it is a perfect fit with no worries of traffic nightmares getting to and from work and home. Living in Anthem myself I am a big proponent of the new area's of Henderson and the lifestyle it provides. We have some of the biggest lot sizes in the City where you can actually have a decent front and back yard without having the house next door right on top of you. The other advantage is access to the Strip and City of Las Vegas is only 20 minutes or so, but you do not feel as if you are living in an urban landscape. Green Valley Ranch area and Anthem are flooded with Parks and common area's that give it a peaceful and serene feeling. For anyone looking to stay close to the action without having it follow you home Henderson NV is the new hot spot in Southern Nevada.

Sky Las Vegas High Rise on The Strip

 Seeing as how Sky Las Vegas High Rise was my introduction into the world of Real Estate in 2006 it is fitting that it is the subject of my first post when creating a new blog. I remember riding up and down the service elevator when Sky was under construction thinking how amazing it was to have a structure like this in our City and to be a part of this new endeavour. Since that time I have Listed, Sold and Leased literally hundreds of units in Sky Las Vegas and know the building like the back of my hand. One of the things that makes Sky so special is the proximity to Las Vegas Blvd. Since Sky was built in 2006 there have been restrictions set on how close developers are allowed to built to the street, while Sky Tower sits just steps from Las Vegas Blvd. and all of the excitement that the Las Vegas Strip has to offer. For Clients looking to purchase a unit in Sky LV there are one bedroom units under $200k and Penthouse units upwards of two million dollars. Leasing is also a popular option as many of the employee's of Casinos and Resorts in the City are not in a position to purchase or are only here for a short term of residency. The Tower remains to be in excellent condition and the Staff is helpful and pleasant. As the cost of construction is at an all time high and Real Estate on the Las Vegas Blvd. is extremely expensive there are no other High Rise Towers slated for development in the near future, this once again makes Sky Las Vegas unique as having a Las Vegas Blvd. address is very special. As I continue to do business in the Tower I have the opportunity to meet many of the Residents and I am happy to say that people are really enjoying the lifestyle that it provides. Having been working and visiting the Tower for going on 8 years now I have seen many changes, but can honestly say that Sky Las Vegas is still as amazing now than it was at it inception to the Las Vegas Real Estate Market.
