In late 2006 when I entered the field of Real Estate after working for MGM/Mirage for over 15 years I was fortunate to be heavily involved in the pre-construction selling and marketing of the many High Rise projects that at the time were actively under construction or slated to be. Las Vegas South Strip Condo Living

 Let's take a moment to talk about a little known area of Las Vegas to most people who are not familiar with our city. If you are on Las Vegas Blvd. and are traveling South you will eventually pass the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, if you remain on Las Vegas Blvd. it will take you to a section of the city we refer to as the South Strip. The first High Rise building you will see is One Las Vegas, this is a two tower High Rise project that offers buyers an opportunity to really maximize their money in terms of price per square foot and the interior space that is given in the floorplans here. One Las Vegas also has amazing amenities for residents that are too may to list here in this post! South of One Las Vegas is another Condominium development named Boca Raton, this is a Mid-Rise Building that has underground parking and interior courtyards that have Spa/Hot Tub and outdoor fireplaces for residents to sit and enjoy the grounds/common area's. The price point for One Las Vegas and Boca Raton are very attractive when you consider that you will have a residence that is only minutes from The Strip without having to be concerned about the ingress/egress of a busy intersection. Across the way from Boca Raton is a development called Manhattan Condominiums, once again these are units where you get alot of for money (for lack of a better term) with a Clubhouse that contains a fully equipped two-level gym with social room for meetings/events and a pool and spa that has to be seen to really appreciate how nice it is. Boca Raton and Manhattan are technically Mid-Rise Condominium buildings as they are less than ten stories tall while One Las Vegas is a full scale High-Rise that would rival buildings in the heart of the city such as Sky Las Vegas, Allure or Veer Towers in MGM City Center.
